Mission Statement

The Utility Billing Department provides billing services for water, sewer, garbage and contributions for Keep La Marque Beautiful Commission and Parks Board. Utility Billing staff provides customer service for the citizens of La Marque. The department is also responsible for billing and collection of the sanitation service provided by a Waste Management. Utility Billing department establishes new service accounts, receives deposits, obtains and processes bank draft applications, collects insufficient fund checks, completes penalty processing and collects on overdue accounts.
